Peppers’ Annual Photo Montage: Farewell 2015, HELLO there 2016!

Wisdom of Stella_Waggy 2016For the past nine years instead of snail mailing holiday cards, I’ve created an annual earth-happy, electronic card in the form of a video. I claim that this eco-friendly card is all about minimizing/saving time/saving money/saving the planet, but the reality is I’m just lazy. The other stuff is bonus material.

Initially the video was a goofy narrative of me acting silly or of me and Scott together chatting about our year in review, or sharing how we were planning to party with the Obamas, or just reading crappy, homemade poetry. Then I bought a digital camera.

Voila!

We now have the Pepper’s Annual Photo Montage, a snapshot summary of all the places we visited, people we met, and photos I took.

This year’s photo montage is a 7.5 minute video of about 400 photos from 2015. There’s music to help pass the time. But if you want to see where we went and with whom we hung out this year, ya gotta check out the video. You may even see yourself!

Sit back, turn up the volume, grab a cuppa jo and enjoy! BTW: I only had 3 choices for a video thumbnail image, otherwise I would’ve selected a picture of Stella to be the first thing you see. Then again, I’m happy to showcase my beautiful sisters. 🙂

Hey!
Peace out in ’16!

It is always during a passing state of mind that we make lasting resolutions.
~Marcel Proust

Whatever you do or dream you can do – begin it. Boldness has genius and power and magic in it.
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Sure, it may be more efficient to have an actual plan while making a New Year’s resolution, but the reality is this: it’s more important to just. get. started. Get the ball rolling and figure it out as you go rather than waste the entire year philosophizing about the spherical shape of the ball and the physics behind moving it.
