Scott and Kenda’s 12th Annual Photo Montage: Farewell 2018, HELLO there 2019!

And so passes another year. Like the rest of them, there are travels and tripulations, triumphs and tragedies. We forge ahead appreciating the bumps and bridges that emerge along the path of this journey we call life.

That’s all the philosophizing you’ll get from me today. Just go out there and have a most fantabulous 2019.

This year’s review, just under seven minutes, includes some nature video snippets. Enjoy ya’ll and thanks for being a part of Travels and Tripulations!

Hi Kendra loved the video and found you because of the ankle fracture blog. I would love to make contact with you having a real tough time lately 🙁 take care and all the very best xx

Thanks for reaching out, Rachael! I appreciate the email exchange, and I highly encourage to comment on the Trimalleolar posts so that other T-mal folks can support you on this journey. I know you are at the toughest part of this process having only just had the injury. It does get easier and better. Cheers to your healing!

I love this! Every year I enjoy watching what you put together. I really think you could do this professionally. Make videos like this for other people. You are so good at it. At the same time, your eye for photography and the artist in you would have to be with the other folks all year potentially. I miss you already. Love you. Sending you and Scott a big hug and Stella a big smile.

      Thank you, sista. 🙂

I think I’d really enjoy making them professionally. It would be fun to play with other people’s pictures, but it would be super extra fun to be hired on as a wealthy person’s personal assistant photographer and follow him/her around taking photos.

I miss you, too. Love you bigly. Stella isn’t smiling much these days, because she’s grown increasingly unhappy with long car rides. When we reach warmer weather and can play outside again, I predict many smiles. ❤️🦋💓🐞😊

Happy New Year- all the best in 2019- loved the montage!
Thank you again for “Travels and Tripulations”- still on my journey-love to see your pictures in hiking boots-my 2019 goal😍

Thank you, Nancy! I welcome any updates on your journey.

I just found a photo with the hiking boots. The photo was taken December 16, 2011. This was two months and 4 days after my 2nd surgery (syndesmosis screw removal) and almost 20 weeks post ORIF. I’ll try to find a way to upload it or send it to you.

Keep your eyes on the prize! Hiking boots 2019! 😘

Loved the boot picture! I have not updated recently since my journey has been much slower then rest and I don’t want to be a “Negative Nancy” with all the good vibes your blog provides the followers. My OS and he is the Miami Dolphins OS said
my break is one the worst he has ever seen- an honor I wish I didn’t’ have😂.
I do have some good news after 17 weeks of healing😱- I will start intensive PT tomorrow! I will keep you posted!
If you and Scott would like to add Fort Lauderdale to your 2019 Montage- My husband Norm and pug Henry would love to have you visit. We live in a great condo on the beach and Norm eats vegan😊 I feel very indebted to you and your blog for keeping me sane😍. The very best to you and your family in 2019.

Oh wow, Nancy. That’s a really big deal, because your OS sees some serious injuries for sure! I welcome any and all comments. I wouldn’t want anyone to suffer alone. I know this injury creates all kinds of news – the good, the bad, and the ugly. Bring it all on!

You are so kind for that offer. We’re actually on our way to Florida to hang with my bestie (and bigger plans coming soon!) near Orlando. If we make it down to Ft. Lauderdale, would love to meet up for lunch. Thank you. 🙂

Let us know how PT goes. I wonder the difference between regular and intensive PT. Does this mean you’ll be going daily or for longer hours? You can do this! It’s the next big milestone toward your healing. May all good things come your way in 2019! 💕
